MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY (RMA):
- Returns must be sent (post mark) within 10 business days of receipt of material.
- Email request for Returned goods at Send RMA eMail ( firstname.lastname@example.org )
- Include in email - product description, reason for return (defect, not correct part, will not use...), order number (example: BSM1234), name and contact phone number.
- Upon receiving your email, we may contact you for more details if needed. Our goal is to get you resolution as fast as possible.
- Once approved, we will send you a “return goods authorization number” with the return address for product inspection and final approval. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. To expedite your request, we may reach-out to you if additional information is needed.
- Approved Returns are subject to a restocking charge of 20% for unopened cases of stock product and/or items received in mint condition in original packaging. 20% charge is on the product cost only. Customer to pay return shipping.
- After inspection is passed, product replacement will be sent or credit will be applied to original purchase process (credit card, PayPal…) for the product cost and taxes only. There is no refund on shipping expenses.
- Email claims for shortages and/or incorrectly filled orders to Send RMA eMail within 10 business days of receipt of material. Customer Service will work with you to fix any issues.
